By creating an account, accessing, or using GoRadar (the “Service”), operated by Global Collective Real Estate (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GoRadar aggregates publicly available real estate data and signals (listing activity, permit filings, ownership records, tenure estimates) to help licensed real estate professionals identify market opportunities. Signals are informational and do not constitute an offer, listing agreement, or appraisal.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us at contact@globalcollectivere.com of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute data pulled from the Service; (b) use automated means to extract data beyond what the normal user interface provides; (c) use the Service to harass, defraud, or violate applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, Fair Housing, and state Do Not Call registries.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.
Contact data returned by skip trace lookups originates from third-party providers. We do not guarantee accuracy. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable consumer protection, anti-spam, and calling-consent laws when using this data.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that signals are accurate, complete, or will result in any particular outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
